Randy is a husband & father with years of experience in local church ministry, serving as a leader in multiple contexts. An empty-nester, he has a heart to see families & marriages healthy, and the church vibrant with love for God & one another. Randy also serves on the board of Lima Christian School and is a Senior Manager at the Harris Corporation. He and his wife Lisa have three children.
